Patches woke beneath the workbench after somebody wished a little too loudly for a friend who understood odd days. The workshop stitched in a brave pink heart, but left the seams showing—because being mended is nothing to hide. Patches now guards keepsakes, listens without interrupting and takes biscuit security extremely seriously.
